Assignment: Competition 2016

The headquarter for the Dubai Electricity & Water Authority is made up of two towers on a East-West axis connected by an interior vertical atrium and bridges. Tower A to the north is the taller mass, shading its immediate plaza base to the north,  while tower B to the south sweeps down to maximise the facades southern aspect.

The central atrium is the common element connecting all working communities at all levels. The requisite circulation areas merge seamlessly with the working zones therefore creating an open spatial environment which stimulates interaction between employees. The spatial planning provides each office floor with an economy of efficiency to reduce the area dedicated for circulation only.
